ZACHARY HALLEY is an Emmy Award winning Producer and 3 time nominee, best known for his work producing “Drunk History” (Comedy Central/CBSViacom) for Will Ferrell and Adam McKay.
Zachary Executive Produced the much anticipated "Weird: The Al Yancovic Story" starring Daniel Radcliffe (Roku/Funny or Die) for which he received his Emmy. Other recent projects include "Cursed Friends" starring Nicole Byer and Jessica Lowe with Will Arnett's Electric Avenue (Paramount/Comedy Central), “The G-Word” with the Obama’s prod co. Higher Ground and A24 and "Dragging the Classics" for MTV and World of Wonder (Paramount+). He also produced the first two seasons of "South Side" (HBOMax/Comedy Central) with Executive Producer / Director Michael Blieden (Fox's "Brooklyn Nine-Nine", CC's Broad City", NBC's "Up All Night"), and feature film “TED K” by “Peter and the Farm” director Tony Stone and starring Sharlto Copley. Previous producing credits include “Still the King” for CMT, “Love in Kilnerry”, and “Grind” (which he also wrote and directed) starring Anthony Rapp (“Rent”, “Star Trek”). As an executive, Zachary was appointed the interim VP of Production for ViacomCBS during the back half of 2021.
Zachary has worked on the TV Production teams of some of the industries most prominent and sought after projects, including “You’re the Worst” (FX), “White Collar” (USA), “Tracey Ullman’s State of the Union” (Showtime), “Larry Wilmore’s Race, Religion & Sex” (HBO), “The Sarah Silverman Program” (Comedy Central), “The Men Who Built America” (The History Channel) as well as pilots, both scripted and reality, for CBS, MTV, VH1, Bravo, Lifetime, Oxygen, and Logo. On the Post Production side, Zachary was a key player on the teams of “Public Morals” (TNT) and “Crossbones” (NBC). His film production credits include “Life of Crime” starring Jennifer Aniston (Lionsgate), “The Details” starring Tobey Maguire (Mark Gordon Company/Weinstein Company), “You Got Served” (Sony), “The Wicked”, with director Peter Winther (“Independence Day”, Godzilla”) and one of the iterations of Faye Dunaway’s unfinished, but perennially anticipated: “Master Class”.
Zachary is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Chemically Altered Productions. Currently CAP has multiple properties in development and pre-production with some of the leading networks and production companies in Canada, the United States and United Kingdom. He’s directed digital series including “It Takei’s Too” with George Takei, music videos - “Exes & Friends” for “The Voice’s” Meghan Linsey, short films, branded content, and concerts. Zachary’s career in entertainment began on Broadway, and as a musical theater actor he appeared In shows in New York and regionally, as well as in an award winning concert version of “Wonderful Town” which toured throughout Europe and the United States. As a writer and satirist, Zachary has also been an irreverent contributor to FierceandNerdy.com, the blog Overheard in New York, and Post Secret.
Zachary completed his undergrad honors degree at the Drama School at the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University and is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. He grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
STEVEN TYLOR
O'CONNOR

STEVEN TYLOR O’CONNOR is an award winning Writer/Producer and a 2 time Emmy winner and 2 time Artios Award winning Casting Director at Aufiero/Horn Casting. Steven received Emmys for Apple's “Best Foot Forward“ (2023) and Netflix’s “The Healing Powers of Dude” (2021), and an Artios win for Disney’s “Andi Mack” (2020). He was honored by the CSA as Associate of the year (2019) and has been recognized three additional times with Artios nominations.
Steven was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Casting Society of America. He also sits on the Equity in Entertainment Committee for the National Board and has been at the forefront championing inclusivity on screen for underrepresented communities. Steven began his career in New York City working first for CBS/Paramount before moving to NBCUniversal. Now based in Los Angeles, Steven has worked with numerous award winning and leading casting offices, including Greenstein/Daniels (TVLand’s “Hot In Cleveland”), Suzanne Goddard-Smythe (Disney’s “Shake It Up”, “Crash and Bernstein”, “Liv & Maddie”, and “KC Undercover”, BET’s “The Game” and “Heathers: The Musical”, where he worked on both the world premiere at the Hudson and subsequent Off-Broadway productions).
Steven is currently a Casting Director & Associate at Aufiero/Horn casting, where his notable projects include: Local Casting Director for Netflix’s banner series “13 Reasons Why”, Disney’s “Andi Mack”, Netflix’s “The OA: Part II”, Facebook’s “Five Points”, and SpectreVision’s (Elijah Wood) “Seven Stages to Achieve Eternal Bliss” and “Color Out of Space.” Steven’s Artios nominations at A/H include his work on Nickelodeon’s Emmy award winning comedy series “Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn” and two nominations for Disney’s “Andi Mack.”
As a producer, Steven has worked on the Emmy nominated and Indie Series Award winning "Indoor Boys." His extensive experience in casting major film and television projects (both in house and independently) proves invaluable when attaching top tier talent on both sides of the border.
MICHAEL
LAZAROVITCH
Partner + Producer
MICHAEL LAZAROVITCH is originally from Toronto, Canada and has been working in entertainment since 2005. As a Producer, projects include feature length content on Paramount+, Peacock, Amazon, A&E/Lifetime, Universal Television's Movies24 (UK), TF1 (France), Nine Network (Australia) and Canada's Super Channel (including two AMPIA Award nominees). Collectively Michael and CAP have properties in development and production with some of the leading networks and production companies in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom and Europe.
Most recently Michael partnered with showrunner Steven DeKnight/DeKnight Productions (Anonymous Content) on “Within”, an hour long drama with Tom Hopper ("Umbrella Academy"/Netflix) attached to star. Additional television projects include partnerships with Todd Milliner/HazyMills (Universal Television), Gab Union's prod co. I'll Have Another (BET Studios), Amber Entertainment (20th Television), multiple projects with Showrunner Bill Rotko (CAA) and veteran screenwriter and showrunner Jim Kouf (“National Treasure”, "Rush Hour", "Grimm").
In the feature space, Michael set up Erin Cardillo's ("Isn't It Romantic" /Warner Bros.) theatrical rom-com “Back Together" at Spyglass Media Group, and has three additional projects with feature PODs currently in development. Most recently Michael and CAP partnered to produce the psychological thriller “Reset” with Jon & Erich Hoeber (“The Meg”/ Warner Bros., “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts”/Paramount), and “Abomination” with Divide/Conquer producers Adam Hendricks & Greg Gilreath (“M3GAN”/ Universal Pictures).
Michael completed his BFA (Hons) undergraduate work at Ryerson University and NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts (CAP21). His on screen work includes projects for Netflix, Paramount+, Peacock, ABC, Comedy Central, Showtime and Amazon. Feature film work includes projects for Universal Pictures, BBC Films, Canal+, TF1, A+E and Elton John’s Rocket Pictures. Michael is a voting member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television. He lives and works in both Los Angeles and Toronto.

ARBITURE

CHLOE ARBITURE is an Emmy-nominated production designer and member of the Art Directors Guild.
Chloe’s television credits include: NBC’s "Chicago Med" (Season 4), Comedy Central’s "Problematic with Moshe Kasher", and Comedy Central’s "Drunk History", for which she earned an Emmy Nomination (Season 4) and an Art Director’s Guild nomination (Season 5). Chloe's work in feature film includes "Chappaquiddick" (Bruce Dern, Kate Mara and Ed Helms and Jason Clarke), "Brave New Jersey" (Anna Camp, Tony Hale), "Honeyglue" (Jessica Tuck, Christopher Heyerdahl) and "Thrill Ride" (Kristen Johnston) and multiple seasons of "American Horror Story" with Executive Producers Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk for FX.
Chloe approaches every project as part artist, part storyteller, part historian. Her love of research and expansive knowledge across many time periods is reflected in every project she designs. Chloe’s keen eye for detail and composition comes from her studies in fine arts, and her love of visual storytelling is evident in the layered, detailed sets she creates. Her knowledge of miniatures, forced perspective, and her hands-on approach to design adds depth and creativity while keeping up with demanding production schedules.
In 2018, Variety listed Chloe in their Artisans Elite “Up Next” series. Her work has been showcased in numerous film festivals including Cannes, Sundance and TIFF. She is a voting member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences. Chloe is originally from Wisconsin and completed her undergraduate degree in film studies at UW-Milwaukee.
AIDEN TYLER
LEE

AIDEN TYLER LEE is an Entrepreneur and Producer, with a background in publishing and marketing, based in both Los Angeles and New York.
Aiden's career involves work as production supervisor, departmental management and administration on both independent and network television projects (Netflix, Comedy Central, CMT, Viacom, TruTV, Warner Media, THR, Roku, etc.) as well as feature film production. His creative projects on the corporate and marketing side include prestige brands Postmates, Pokemon, Food Network and Chrissy Teigen's food and homeware lux brand Cravings. Recent lifestyle and fashion print clients include Allure and Dujour.
In addition to broadcast work, Aiden's ongoing live and corporate work includes Life Ball, organized by the association LIFE+, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2018. Founded by Gery Keszler and Torgom Petrosian in 1993 Life Ball has taken place at Vienna’s City Hall annually. Life Ball has become one of the world’s most important AIDS charity events, and is Europe's largest charity event, bringing the worlds of philanthropy and entertainment together.
Prior to his work in entertainment, Aiden worked as a Sales Executive for leading titles under the banner of publishing leader Hearst Media, in New York City.
